i found the location very convenient close to transportation options the room provided air conditioning which was definitely a plus i appreciated the provided ear plugs as i knew there could be noise at night the bar downstairs had a nice atmosphere
the hallway carpet had an odd smell the bed was two mattresses pushed together i sometimes got stuck in the middle it was uncomfortable i think a single queen bed would be better

The bed in our room was really massive. i am pretty tall, and hotel beds are often too short for me, but this one was just right. a coffee machine with pods sat in the room. I thought that was a nice touch.
the coffee machine in the room didn't work. i told three different managers about it, but nothing changed. also, the lift was out of order on two separate occasions.

the staff i dealt with were friendly and offered help anytime. the process of checking in and checking out was simple. the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and also very clean. i appreciated the smooth flow of everything.
the towels could be better or bigger, considering the price range (but really, it wasn't a big deal).
